Cancellation Policy for Quik Stop Mobile Labs, LLC

At Quik Stop Mobile Labs, LLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, due to the nature of our mobile services and the resources allocated for each visit, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Within 1 Hour of Your Appointment:

Notification Requirement: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 1-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with the mobilization of our team and resources.
No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the appointment location and you are not present or fail to notify us of your cancellation, this will be considered a "No-Show." In this case, the full service fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling: We encourage you to reschedule your appointment if possible. If you reschedule within the 1-hour window, the late cancellation fee may still apply unless otherwise agreed upon.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency or a situation beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

After Hours Fee

After-Hour Fee Description for Quik Stop Mobile Labs, LLC

At Quik Stop Mobile Labs, LLC, we understand that our clients may require lab services outside of regular business hours. To accommodate these needs, we offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments. However, to cover the additional costs associated with providing services beyond our standard operating hours, an after-hour fee is applied.

After-Hour Fee Structure:

Evening Appointments: For appointments scheduled after 5pm on weekdays, an after-hour fee of $100 will be added to your service charge.
Weekend and Holiday Appointments: For appointments scheduled on weekends or public holidays, an after-hour fee of $150 will apply.
Emergency or Last-Minute Requests: For urgent or last-minute appointments outside of normal business hours, additional fees may be assessed. We will provide a quote based on the specific time and circumstances of your request.and weekend appointments. However, to cover the additional costs associated with providing services beyond our standard operating hours, an after-hour fee is applied.

Shy Bladder Fee

At Quik Stop Mobile Labs, LLC, we understand that providing a urine sample can sometimes be challenging, particularly for those who experience "shy bladder" or difficulty urinating in certain situations. To accommodate this, we allow additional time and provide a supportive environment to help you complete the process. However, extended appointment times may incur additional costs, which we address through our shy bladder fee.

Shy Bladder Fee Structure:

Extended Wait Time: If you are unable to provide a urine sample within the standard appointment time, and our team needs to wait beyond the allotted time, a shy bladder fee of $75 will be applied. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to complete the collection.
Multiple Attempts: In cases where multiple attempts are necessary to obtain a urine sample, additional fees may be assessed depending on the duration of the appointment. We will provide a clear explanation of any extra charges before proceeding.
